​​Delivery and Order Amendments

All orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1 to 2 working days.

To maintain the quality of your products, We recommend refrigerating chilled or frozen products immediately after delivery.

Please note that external factors, such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, may impact the delivery schedule. Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) will not be held responsible for delays beyond the specified time frame.

Changes to Delivery

Should there be any changes to your delivery address, date, or time, please notify us immediately. Changes made after order confirmation may incur an administrative fee of S$20.00.

In the event of order cancellation or if no one is available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time, our delivery personnel will proceed to leave the products securely at the doorstep.

 

Do note that orders with notes/ special requests will be delayed in the packing process and shipment.
